The project is proposed in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. The Project site is located on the Tahuk village Stream  near Nazonga nallah in Kullu Dist project is accessed through main mandi-kullu highway NH-5 on left side of RiverParvati. The project is located between longitude altitude at weir is 2292 m above sea level.

Scope of Work : Construction of Lower Solu HEP- Packages 1 & 2 work includes construction of Barrage & other head works, Underground Excavation in HRT, Intake & De-silting Chambers & Approach Tunnels, SFT etc.

Scope of Work : Construction of Head works comprising of weir, under sluice, Head regulator, Feeder channel, De-silting basin, power duct, river protection works, temporary river diversion works, slope protection works, respective Hydromechanical works, construction, upgrading & maintenance of project roads, Construction of abutments and approach for Bailey bridge including supply and erection of Bailey Bridge (covered under Package 01), Construction of Head Race Tunnel from Chainage 0+000- 3+400 comprising Construction of Portals, Excavation and Rock Supports of Adit 2, Slope Protection works of Portals, covered under Package 02(A) of Likhu-IV Hydroelectric Project.
